平素よりホテルサンルート浅草をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

現在、オンライン予約サイト「Booking.com」を通じてご予約された一部のお客さまに対し、
「WhatsApp」などのメッセージアプリを利用し、ご予約確認を装ってクレジットカード情報の入力を求める不審なメッセージが送信されている事象が確認されております。

これらのメッセージには、悪質なフィッシングサイトへ誘導するURLリンクが含まれている可能性がございます。
記載されたURLにはアクセスせず、クレジットカード情報等の入力は行わないよう、十分ご注意ください。

なお、当ホテルでは、お客さまのご予約に関して「WhatsApp」などのメッセージアプリを使用して直接ご連絡を差し上げることは一切ございません。
また、現時点において、当ホテルにおけるお客さま情報の流出は確認されておりません。

「Booking.com」経由のご予約に関するお問い合わせにつきましては、Booking.comカスタマーサポートまでご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Please Beware of Suspicious Messages Leading to Phishing Websites

We have confirmed cases in which some guests who made reservations through the online booking site “Booking.com” received suspicious messages via messaging applications such as WhatsApp.
These messages falsely claim to confirm reservations and request guests to enter their credit card information.

Please be aware that these messages may contain links to malicious phishing websites.
We strongly advise you not to access any suspicious URLs or enter your credit card information.

Please note that our hotel will never contact guests directly through messaging applications such as WhatsApp regarding reservation confirmation or payment requests.

In addition, we have confirmed that there has been no information leakage from our hotel related to this matter.
