ホテルから配信される不審なサイトに誘導するメッセージについてのお知らせ

当ホテルの姉妹ホテルのホテルサンルート”ステラ”上野に於きましてBooking.com経由から予約された一部のお客様に対して、不審なサイトへ誘導するメッセージが何者かによって配信されたことを2023年8月12日の夜に確認しました。

当ホテルが、不信なサイトに誘導するようなメッセージをお送りすることはありませんので、お客様におかれましては、そのようなメッセージを受け取った際には記載されたURLにアクセスしないようお願い申し上げます。

We confirmed in the evening of August 12th, 2023 that an unidentified person sent messages that direct the recipient to a suspicious website to some of our guests who booked a room in our hotel through Booking.com.

We do not send messages that direct our guests to a suspicious website. If you receive such message, we ask that you do not access the website link provided in the message.
