In the Room
In every guest room
Wi-Fi and Wired LAN
Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and in the 1st-floor lobby. Each room also has a wired LAN connection, with a LAN cable provided in the desk drawer.
Smart TV
Every guest room has a smart TV. ABEMA, YouTube and TVer can be watched without
signing in.
For other streaming services, sign in with your own account.
Heating and Air Conditioning
The hotel uses a gas heat pump system to maintain comfortable temperatures in
guest rooms and public areas while reducing electricity consumption.
In
the Annex Building, you can switch the heating and cooling on and off yourself.
In the Main Building, the system is switched centrally for the entire building,
but you can adjust the temperature in your room.

Water Dispensers and Ice Machines
Available on the 4th and 7th floors. Help yourself to hot, cold or room-temperature water and ice.
Vending Machines
Vending machines offering soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available on the guest floors.

Self-service. Pour yourself a glass from the draft beer dispenser in the 1st-floor lobby and enjoy.

Find Asakusa souvenirs such as Asakusa Imahan's simmered beef and Tokiwado's kaminari-okoshi rice crackers. Umbrellas are also available in case of sudden rain. The selection changes depending on the season.

Newspapers
The Yomiuri Shimbun, Asahi Shimbun and Nikkei (all in Japanese) are available in the 1st-floor lobby.
Smoking Booth
All guest rooms are non-smoking, including heated tobacco products. A smoking booth is available in the 1st-floor lobby.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
An AED is available in the 1st-floor lobby. In an emergency, please contact the front desk.

Laundry Service
A laundry form is provided in the desk drawer in your room. Fill in the required information and submit your request.
Massage and Nail Care
Aromatherapy treatments and nail care are available in your room. Information is provided in your room; to make a reservation, please call the service provider directly. When booking, provide the hotel name, your room number and your name.
Fax and Photocopying
Plain paper and black-and-white copies only. Fax: ¥200 handling fee plus transmission charges. Photocopies: ¥20 per page.
Parcel Delivery
Yamato Transport’s TA-Q-BIN parcel delivery service is available. You can send parcels prepaid or with charges paid by the recipient, and several parcels at once. Refrigerated and oversized shipments are not accepted.
A tower-style automated parking garage is available next to the hotel. Reservations must be made by phone, and vehicle size restrictions apply.
