Reservations made on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026
Up to 14 guests
- Up to 2 days before arrival: no charge
- Day before arrival: 20% of the room charge
- Day of arrival: 80% of the room charge
- No-show: 100% of the room charge
15 or more guests
- Up to 9 days before arrival: 20% of the room charge
- Day before arrival: 40% of the room charge
- Day of arrival: 80% of the room charge
- No-show: 100% of the room charge
After the Revision
New reservations made on or after Thursday, October 1, 2026
Up to 14 guests
- Up to 2 days before arrival: no charge
- Day before arrival: 20% of the room charge
- Day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the room charge
15 or more guests
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 20% of the room charge
- Up to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the room charge
- Day before arrival: 50% of the room charge
- Day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the room charge
