Q. Are there Smoking rooms available?

Sorry for the inconveniences, the hotel has been completely non-smoking since the reopening in January 2019. If you smoke, please use the “smoking area” located next to the front desk on the first floor.
(The rooms are non-smoking including IQOS cigarettes.)

Q.What’s means accommodation tax ?

The accommodation tax in Tokyo is charged to travelers who stay in most lodging facilities. It is calculated based on the rate per night (per each person).

The accommodation tax is separate from the consumption tax implemented by the Japanese government. How this tourist tax is collected and its rate is determined by each region’s local government.

In Tokyo, you will be charged if your accommodation cost per person for one night is over 11,000 yen(Including government tax). This tax only applies to hotel charges.

Q. What’s means Bed sharing

A Bed sharing refers to children under 12 years old sharing a bed with an adult. If you would like use another bed for your children, the same price as an adult is required. When you booking, do not enter the number of children sharing a room, only the number of adults. 

• * Twin room for single use is not available with bed-sharing. 

• * Economy Twin is not suitable for bed-sharing because the bed width is narrow. 


Q. Can children stay? 

A Yes, you can stay with your child. The charge is free for children under 12 years old as bed sharing (no amenities included) 

Children over 12 years old or in the case that you would like use another bed for your child, the same price as an adult is required. 


Q. Where is the nearest station? 

A From Ginza Line in Tawaramachi Station from the exit 3: 1min by foot, From Asakusa Line Asakusa Station: 8 min. by foot, from Tobu Line Asakusa Station: 8 min. by foot, from Tsukuba EX Asakusa Station: 5 min. by foot, from Oedo Line Kuramae Station: 12min.by foot. 


Q. Can I keep my luggage at the hotel before or after my check-in/out? 

A Yes, we can keep your luggage before check-in, after check-out and until the next stay. 

Please do not hesitate to contact the front staff. 

* If you would like to leave your luggage until your next stay, you must need to make a reservation for the next stay. 

* Valuables, broken items, foods, etc. cannot be kept. 


Q. Can I send my luggage by home delivery to the hotel? 

A Yes, we can receive your luggage.

Please write your full name (in English) and your check-in date in the shipment to be able  to identify your luggage.  

* We do not accept against delivery, only luggage or packages already paid. 


Q. Can I send home delivery from the hotel? 

A Yes, we can send your shipments via Kuroneko Yamato delivery. 

We accept advance payment, cash on delivery, and multiple unit shipment. 

* Refrigerated shipments or large luggage are not available. 


Q. Is parking available? 

A There is a tower type parking adjacent to the hotel. 
Please check this out for details.


Q. Are there pajamas available? 

A Yes, Waffle robe is available at the room. 

* There are no children pajamas available. 


Q. Are there any amenities (bathroom equipment)? 

A Yes, we provide you with 3 types of towels (bath towel, face towel, hand towel), shampoo, rinse, body soap (made by POLA), razor, toothbrush, cotton swab, shower cap, hairbrush, dryer… 

Please contact the hotel if you have any other questions. 


Q. Do you have a pants presser? 

A Yes, it is in the closet. 


Q. Are there newspapers? 

A Yes, The Asahi Shimbun, Nihon Keizai Shimbun and Japan times(english newspaper) are available for free of charge. 

Please use it freely in the first floor lobby or in the elevator hall on each floor. 

* Please note that the number is limited. 

* There are no other newspapers or sales. 


Q. Can I use a PC? 

A Yes, Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. 

Wired LAN is also available. Please use the LAN line freely in the guest room. 

There is also a computer for rent for ¥ 1,200 / night. 

Please note that it will be rent on a first-come, first-served, basis. (Advance reservations are not accepted.) 

One computer is available in the lobby on the first floor for free of charge.  


Q. Can I use Wi-Fi? 

A Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the1st floor lobby and all guest rooms. Rooms have wired LAN facilities. 

* Wi-Fi information is available at the front desk and guest rooms. 


Q. Is there a restaurant service? 

A Yes, the hotel has two restaurants, on the first floor is “nikku kitchen BOICHI”, (meat restaurant) and on the second floor of the hotel, there is the Jonathan’s restaurant chain. Even if you do not request breakfast in your booking, you could use the restaurants. 


Q. Can I see The Tokyo Sky Tree from my guest room? 

A You can see The Tokyo Sky Tree from the Deluxe Twin Room (Triple Room) and View Twin Room (View King Double Room). 

Please note that if you apply for another room type, we will not accept the request for Sky Tree view.  


Q. Can I stay with pets? 

A Accommodations with pets are not allowed. Service dogs such as guide dogs are allowed. 

*Please note that there are no facilities such as toilet for service dogs, therefore, we ask that you take the necessary measures and contact the Hotel in advance.


Q. Can I walk to Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Sky Tree? 

A To Sensoji Temple is 10 minutes by foot  

To Tokyo Sky Tree it takes about 30 minutes by foot, we recommend using the train from Tobu Asakusa Station.(from the hotel to Tobu Asakusa St. is 10 min. by foot) 

Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel / front staff for sightseeing and transport information. 


Q. Is there a curfew? 

A No. there is not a curfew. You can enter and leave 24 hours. 

The staff is available 24 hours a day,. 

* If you check-in after 24:00, please inform to the hotel in advance. 

Q. Is there staff at the Hotel who speaks English?

A. Yes, there are English speaking staff.
