• You can use Kuroneko Yamato courier (paid service).

　Vending machine　

Vending machines and ice machines for soft drinks and alcohol are available on the guests rooms floors.

　VOD（video on demand）　

Ticket method: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Ticket vending machines are available at the elevator halls on each floor.

　Laundry 　

Available at the front desk. Sundays and holidays are not available. Items ordered until 10 am will be returned from 7 pm on the day. Please use the application form provided in the room and apply.
